GRASASH BM MOLIX
GRASASH BM MOLIX is an extreme pressure grease with molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) for lubrication points subjected to high loads and mechanical shocks. Its excellent adhesion to metal surfaces and very high lubricity, reinforced with MoS2, maintain lubrication even under extreme conditions and in case of partial grease loss. It offers optimal resistance to high loads and mechanical shocks, effective protection against wear and friction, perfect injectability for lubrication systems, and a reduction of noise and vibrations, prolonging the service life of components. GRASASH C2
GRASASH C2 is a high-adhesion anticorrosive protective grease for the prolonged protection of metal parts exposed in demanding industrial environments. It offers excellent anticorrosive and antioxidant capacity, very high adhesion even on vertical surfaces, and high resistance to water and humidity. Its stability against temperature changes and good anti-wear properties make it an ideal protection for exposed metal parts, extending their service life and reducing deterioration from corrosion and oxidation. GRASASH COMPLEX L2A
GRASASH COMPLEX L2A is a complex lithium soap extreme pressure (EP) grease for severe service at high temperature and heavy loads. It offers excellent resistance to high temperatures and heavy loads, very good mechanical and thermal stability, and high resistance to oxidation and water. In the AIR 1650A test at 149 ºC it maintains effective lubrication for up to 1,000 hours without significant degradation, ensuring excellent performance in severe and continuous services and extending the service life of components. GRASASH GRANCOS 900
GRASASH GRANCOS 900 is an extreme pressure grease for hydraulic hammers and equipment subjected to impacts and extreme loads. Its excellent resistance to extreme loads and impact stresses, combined with its high adhesion to metal and great thermal stability, prevents grease expulsion and protects tips, bushings, and internal components. It reduces noise and vibrations during operation, allows longer lubrication intervals, and provides excellent sealing capacity against dust, water, and contaminants, extending the service life of the hammer and its accessories. GRASASH L2 is a multi-purpose lithium soap grease for the lubrication of bearings and mechanical components over a wide temperature range (–20 ºC to +140 ºC). It is water-insoluble and maintains high anticorrosive protection even in aggressive and high humidity environments, reducing wear and extending the service life of bearings under high loads and continuous operation. GRASASH MARINE
GRASASH MARINE is a grease with very high load capacity and maximum water resistance, containing white solid lubricants, for low-speed marine and industrial applications. Its excellent resistance to water and saltwater, its very high load capacity, and its content of white solid lubricants — clean and effective — provide reinforced anticorrosive protection in marine and industrial environments. Its excellent adhesion to metal surfaces and long relubrication intervals reduce maintenance, being a clean alternative to conventional black greases. GRASASH MAXIMA 152WR
GRASASH MAXIMA 152WR is a calcium sulfonate grease with very high load capacity for critical applications subjected to extreme stresses, water, and corrosion. Based on robust and stable calcium sulfonate technology, it offers very high load capacity, excellent resistance to shock loads, and very high anticorrosive protection, even in aggressive environments. Its excellent behavior against water — without loss of consistency — and its great mechanical stability extend the life of the lubricant and components, even in hot, humid, and corrosive environments.
