The 2026 FIM MotoJuniorGP is underway, and the Top Surface Aspar Team has started a very special season in the Moto2 European Championship and SuperStock600 / Stock European Championship categories. This year, the project takes a step forward with its alliance with the renowned and decorated team of Jorge 'Aspar' Martínez, a benchmark structure in the MotoGP World Championship, with a prominent presence in categories such as Moto3 and Moto2. A union that reinforces the ambition of a team with a lineup of riders with great talent, experience, and potential. 📍 Round 1 – Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. In the Moto2 European Championship, the team showed competitiveness in a high-level field: Johan Gimbert was the team's most prominent rider, scoring points in both races with a 9th place in Race 1 and a 10th in Race 2, confirming consistency from the very first weekend. For his part, Joan Santos also showed positive signs, entering the points zone in the first heat with a 15th position and finishing 16th in the second race. Additionally, Iker García, the reigning Stock champion, began his adaptation to Moto2 in a much more demanding category, while Xabi Zurutuza reinforces a young, ambitious structure with room for growth throughout the 2026 season. In the Stock European Championship, the team was also a protagonist with Alberto García, who showed speed from qualifying by placing 3rd in Q2 and fighting in the lead group during the race, closing the weekend in the top 5 after fighting for podium positions.
