DEFORM EVERT W495

DEFORM EVERT W495 is a transparent and odorless evaporative (evanescent) fluid with very low viscosity, for high precision stamping operations on all types of metals. Its W495 reference, with high severity and slower evaporation, for demanding stamping, guarantees precise lubrication.

It incorporates extreme pressure (EP) additives adjusted to provide the minimum necessary lubrication, with controlled friction and excellent protection of dies and tools without leaving practically any residue on the part. Its clean and fast evaporation avoids subsequent washing processes, improves surface finish, and reduces the risk of contamination; it is completely free of chlorine and pigments.
