This highly concentrated extreme pressure (EP) adhesive additive is specifically designed for very severe machining and forming operations on steels and castings, where loads, pressures, and frictions are extreme. Its advanced formulation, with a high content of polar additives, extraordinarily enhances the EP properties of the lubricant, guaranteeing a resistant adhesive film even under impact and critical deformation conditions.

It is applied directly onto the coil or roll of the wire rod before entering the press, allowing the product to distribute evenly and provide maximum lubricity and protection from the first contact with the working tools. This initial input increases the effectiveness of the lubricant used in the press, prolongs the oil's useful life, and significantly reduces wear on dies, punches, and mechanical elements.

Completely free of chlorine and pigments, this additive is safe for subsequent washing of the parts and does not generate harmful residues for the environment or subsequent finishing processes.
