GRASP ISO 100

GRASP ISO 100 is a mineral lubricating oil for industrial gears of ISO VG 100 grade, formulated with high-quality mineral bases and a complete extreme pressure (EP) additive package that allows it to work reliably in the most demanding gears. Its ISO VG 100 viscosity — medium-low viscosity — is ideal for medium-high speed gears and moderate loads, where reduced drag and good heat dissipation are sought.

Thanks to its EP additives and its great adhesive power, it forms a resistant and stable lubricating film that remains on the tooth flank even under high pressures and impact loads, reducing metal-to-metal contact, wear, and pitting. Its high thermal and oxidation stability prolongs the oil's service life and extends maintenance intervals, while its excellent demulsibility quickly separates water and prevents emulsion formation. Its performance is completed by strong anti-rust and anti-corrosion protection and good foam control, ensuring smooth and quiet gear operation.
