GRASP ISO 1500

GRASP ISO 1500 is a mineral lubricating oil for industrial gears of ISO VG 1500 grade, formulated with high-quality mineral bases and a complete extreme pressure (EP) additive package that allows it to work reliably in the most demanding gears. Its ISO VG 1500 viscosity — high viscosity — is designed for slow and heavily loaded gears, where the maximum lubricating film is required to withstand high torques, shocks, and low speeds.

Thanks to its EP additives and great adhesive power, it forms a resistant and stable lubricating film that remains on the tooth flank even under high pressures and impact loads, reducing metal-to-metal contact, wear, and pitting. Its high thermal and oxidation stability prolongs the oil's useful life and extends maintenance intervals, while its excellent demulsibility quickly separates water and prevents emulsion formation. Its performance is completed by strong anti-rust and anti-corrosion protection and good foam control, which guarantee smooth and quiet gear operation.
