GRASP PLUS ISO 220

GRASP PLUS ISO 220 is a mineral adhesive lubricant oil for industrial gears of ISO VG 220 grade, with extreme pressure (EP) additives and a high adhesive power. Its viscosity ISO VG 220 — one of the most used in the industry — makes it a reference choice for reducers and general-use transmissions operating under medium loads and speeds, with an optimal balance between load capacity and pumping ease.

Its formulation with EP additives and adhesion agents ensures that the lubricant film remains stable and fixed at the points of greatest metal-to-metal contact, even under oscillating or impact loads, reducing wear and extending system life. It offers excellent demulsification, high oxidation resistance, and strong protection against rust, corrosion, and foam formation, along with exceptional lubricity under severe working conditions. It is especially suitable for heavily loaded steel gears and worm gear transmissions, where adhesive power makes the difference.
