GRASP PLUS ISO 680

GRASP PLUS ISO 680

Description

GRASP PLUS ISO 680 is a mineral adhesive lubricant oil for industrial gears of ISO VG 680 grade, with extreme pressure (EP) additives and a high adhesive power. Its ISO VG 680 viscosity — high viscosity — is designed for slow and heavily loaded gears, where the maximum lubricating film is required to withstand high torques, shocks, and low speeds.

Its formulation with EP additives and adhesion agents ensures that the lubricating film remains stable and fixed at the points of greatest metal-to-metal contact, even under oscillating or impact loads, reducing wear and prolonging system life. It offers excellent demulsification, high oxidation resistance, and strong protection against rust, corrosion, and foam formation, along with exceptional lubricity under severe working conditions. It is especially suitable for heavily loaded steel gears and worm gear transmissions, where adhesive power makes the difference.

Advantages in use:

✔ Great adhesive power: the film does not detach under load

✔ Reinforced EP protection against extreme loads and shocks

✔ High oxidation resistance and long service life

✔ Strong anti-rust, anti-corrosion, and anti-foam protection

✔ Excellent demulsibility and lubricity under severe conditions

Quality Level

AGMA 9005-E02 ISO 12925-1 CKC ISO 6743-6 CKC AIST 224 DIN 51517 Part III
