This fire-resistant hydraulic fluid is formulated with a synthetic trimethylolpropane trioleate ester, with a low acid number and excellent thermal stability. Designed to operate over a wide temperature range from -25°C to +120°C, it is the ideal solution for hydraulic systems where there is a high risk of fire, as it has very high flash, combustion, and auto-ignition points, ensuring maximum operational safety.

Its high biodegradability, shear stability, excellent filterability, and strong anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties make it a premium fluid, especially valued in sensitive and extreme working environments such as tunnel industry, mining, steelmaking, and plants where fire protection is a priority.

This HFDU fluid complies with ISO 6743/4 HFDU and ISO 12922 HFDU standards, and can be used in most systems originally designed for mineral oils without the need to modify pumps, seals, or circuits.
