TALLFLU ELECTRO 003

TALLFLU ELECTRO 003 is a dielectric fluid for electrical discharge machining (EDM), formulated with very fluid hydrocarbons of narrow distillation range and high flash point. Its 003 grade, of low viscosity, offers rapid evacuation of residues in roughing and semi-finishing.

Its low viscosity allows rapid evacuation of machining residues; its excellent wetting facilitates penetration between electrode and workpiece; and its great thermal and oxidative stability guarantees a controlled, clean, and efficient electrical discharge. It has low volatility, is odorless, chemically neutral, and does not irritate the skin, and its ease of filtration maintains consistent performance that reduces electrode wear.
