TUBELA HFDR ISO 46

This fire-resistant fluid of HFDU type, formulated based on low acid trimethylol-propane trioleate ester, is specially designed for gas turbines, steam turbines, and turbochargers subjected to high temperatures and extremely demanding working conditions. Its wide operating range, from –25 ºC to 120 ºC, guarantees optimal performance both in cold starts and continuous full-load operation. Thanks to its excellent oxidation resistance, this fluid significantly extends lubricant life and reduces maintenance costs, reaching change intervals of 8,000 to 9,000 hours. Its ash-free formulation, very high viscosity index, and extraordinary thermal stability make it the ideal choice for high-performance equipment requiring safety, internal cleanliness, and maximum reliability. Certified under ISO 6743/4 HFDU and ISO 12922 HFDU, this fluid offers advanced protection against corrosion, superior chemical stability, and impeccable behavior in environments with fire risk or extreme temperatures.
