ECOWORK BL GEN2

APPLICATIONS:

ECOWORK BL GEN2 is an emulsifiable cutting fluid for general machining operations, such as turning, sawing, milling, etc., on various steel, aluminum, brass, and alloy materials, providing a high level of surface finish.

PROPERTIES:

· Has high stability with water hardness up to 50ºHF.
· It provides good cooling to the cutting zone, extending tool life.
· It has good anti-corrosive properties starting from concentrations of 5%, and it is free from nitrites, providing excellent protection for machines and machined parts.
· Offers the advantage of being free from compounds and elements harmful to health and the environment, such as amines, chlorine, boron, nitrites, among others.
· It contains specific additives that improve resistance to emulsion fermentation.
· Its low surface tension provides good wetting qualities, improving heat evacuation.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

· To prepare ECOWORK BL GEN2 emulsions, it is necessary to use water with a maximum hardness of 50ºHF, and the chloride content should not exceed 200 ppm.
· To achieve a good emulsion, it is advisable to pour the ECOWORK BL GEN2 onto the water and then stir.
· DO NOT pour water onto the ECOWORK BL GEN2.
· The recommended dosage is 5-6% for general machining operations. In difficult operations, the concentration can be increased up to 12%.

PRECAUTIONS:

· When using ECOWORK BL GEN2 emulsion for the first time in a machine tool that has previously used another product, it is advisable to clean and disinfect the machine. This is essential if the emulsion has had fermentation problems.
· For cleaning, we recommend using a specific product like our CLEANER ADDITIVE, following the instructions provided in the technical information and the advice of our Technical Department.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Avoid automatic emulsion dosing installations with copper pipes; always use PVC.
