TECHNICAL DATA SHEET DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATIONS:
SASH MH is a synthetic liquid suitable for the preparation of water-based fluids, where effective protection against freezing is required, along with lubricating and anticorrosive properties. It is specifically designed for cooling machine tool heads, effectively cooling the areas that accumulate heat due to the rotation of water-cooled high-frequency heads. It is supplied as a concentrate to be mixed with water.
SASH MH has low volatility and is miscible with water in all proportions. It is particularly designed for use as a coolant/lubricant in open pit mining drills. It is an environmentally friendly product, low foaming, and compatible with metals such as steel, cast iron, aluminum, yellow metals, and their alloys.
It is recommended to use low chloride or demineralized water and product concentrations of 30 to 60%.
