MASTER ULTRA THPD E7 25W-60
Description
The 25W-60 API CI-4 is a high viscosity, heavy-duty engine oil specially designed for diesel engines operating under severe conditions or exhibiting significant wear. Its multigrade 25W-60 combines good cold start fluidity with exceptional protection at high temperatures, maintaining a very resistant lubricating film even under extreme loads.
The API CI-4 specification, developed by the American Petroleum Institute, is intended for modern diesel engines equipped with exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) systems, providing excellent soot control, acid neutralization, and protection against wear and corrosion. Additionally, this category can replace previous classifications such as API CH-4, CF-4, and similar.
Thanks to its high viscosity at operating temperature, this lubricant is especially suitable for old or heavily used engines, where it helps maintain oil pressure, reduce consumption, and improve the internal sealing of the engine.

Applications
The 25W-60 API CI-4 is indicated for: Diesel engines with high mileage or significant wear. Trucks, construction machinery, agricultural equipment, and industrial vehicles subjected to heavy work. Turbocharged or naturally aspirated diesel engines operating under extreme load and temperature conditions. Old or mixed fleets where a robust and high viscosity oil is needed. In many cases, it can also be used in gasoline engines under severe conditions (when allowed by the manufacturer and a dual classification CI-4/SL or CI-4/SM exists). ✅ Main benefits Superior protection against wear, deposits, and corrosion. Excellent soot and sludge control, especially in engines with EGR. Maintenance of oil pressure in old or worn engines. Reduction of oil consumption in engines with high clearances. High thermal stability, ideal for heavy-duty work and extreme temperatures.
