Description
TEMPLEX KTL 320 is a high-quality quenching oil for heat treatment of ferrous metals, formulated with premium paraffinic mineral oils and state-of-the-art additives. The 320 grade of the TEMPLEX KTL range offers an adjusted cooling rate to achieve deep and uniform hardening with minimal distortion of the part.
Its optimized cooling rate maximizes material hardness while reducing the risk of cracks, deformations, and irregular finishes. Thanks to its high thermal stability, oxidation resistance, and high flash point, it ensures safe, clean operation and prolonged bath life. Its high viscosity index minimizes changes during the cooling process, offering consistent results even under high thermal loads.
